Who designs the illustrations in ACU stationery?
All illustrations and characters (including Ahiru) are originally hand-drawn by artist and founder Ashwini Abhang.
Are ACU journals suitable for fountain pens and art journaling?
Yes, our journals feature high-quality, bleed-resistant paper that works beautifully with gel pens, ball pens, and light ink illustrations.
When will I receive my order?
Within India, orders are delivered in 7–12 working days with standard shipping or 4–6 working days with expedited shipping, including the time we take to handpaint customised pieces. Ready-to-purchase products are dispatched within 4–7 working days. International delivery takes 7–14 days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, ACU ships worldwide to destinations including the UK, United States, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. International shipping charges and timelines are calculated based on your delivery address at checkout.
Can I send this as a gift?
Gift packaging is optional: add it at checkout for a small fee and your order arrives in our artisanal gift box. Every order is packed with care, with celebratory confetti and surprise freebies. Want a gift note? Share your message when we reach out about your order (or via WhatsApp or email) and we will handwrite it on a cute gift card.
Can I cancel or return a personalised order?
Because personalised items are custom-made specifically for your order, all sales are final once crafting begins. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
