The dolls are sealed with a protective matte varnish that is water-resistant. You can safely dust them or wipe them with a damp cloth. Kindly avoid immersing the dolls in water or keeping them in damp areas for extended periods.
Do you ship internationally to the UK, USA, and other countries?
Yes, ACU ships worldwide to destinations including the UK, United States, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. International shipping charges and timelines are calculated based on your delivery address at checkout.

Because personalised items are custom-made specifically for your order, all sales are final once crafting begins. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
How do I track my order?
